1. आपसे निवेदन है कि आप आज पूरा पढ ले नहीं तो compare करते रहे की आपका जूनियर आपसे ज्यादा बेसिक पे कैसे ले रहा है।
2. अगर आप उस रैंक की MACP (01012016) से पहले ले रहे हो तो उस रैंक के promotion में आपको OPTFIX भरने की जरुरत नहीं है (Example : if you promotion for rank of NAIK on 01 Apr 2016 and your date of enrollment is 25 Jun 2007 and after 8 years you get MCAP NAIK pay and allowance on 25 Jun 2015).
Note : you already getting MACP NK pay and allowance so on promotion of NAIK rank on 01 Apr 2016 no need to fill OPTFIX.
3. Now again OPTFIX form fill date has been extended from 04 Jun 2021 to 03 Sep 2021 and your Option Form should date Signature by you and counter signature between 04 Jun 2021 to 03 Sep 2021 and part II order published, for your promotion /MACP rank between 01 Jan 2016 to 04 Jun 2021. It is a last chance to you to fill OPTFIX.
4. If you have already fill option form then option signature date should be between 01 Apr 2019 to 24 Aug 2019 if you filled OPTFIX for promoted/MACP between 01 Jan 2016 to 25 Feb 2019. Otherwise you need to cancelled old part II order and now again fill OPTFIX as per para 3 above.
5. If you promoted after 25 Feb 2019 then you should fill option between 90 days from your promotion date. If not done within 90 days then you need to cancelled old part II order and OPTFIX Form and now again Fresh fill OPTFIX as per para 3 above.
6. I want to info that Higher HQ has extended date of choice OPTFIX upto 03 Sep 2021. Your option form Signature date between 04 Jun 2021 to 03 Sep 2021 and Part II Orders publication date should be before 03 Sep 2021. If you not choice till now then choose now. If you fill OPTFIX but the same is wrong please cancel the same and republish the same with correct OPTFIX form and Part II Orders with correct from / to date. (From i.e promotion date) and (To date i.e next increment date 0107xxxx year.)

2. I want to brief you about your option at the time of promotion which may be opted by you at the time of promotion. I will explain you about OPTFIX with an example so that you can choose correct option for setup you payment by PAO (OR).
Example 1. Friend if you are get promotion between period from 01 Jan to 30 Jun and you do not option to OPTFIX
Get promotion on 02 Mar 2018 and you not select fill to option your
payment is Rs 40000/-
Promotion Increment 1 Rs 1000/-
Your pay on 02 Mar 2018 after promotion Rs 41000/-
Now next increment on 01 Jan 2019 Rs 1000/- Rs 42000/-
Next increment on 01 Jan 2020 Rs 1000/- Rs 43000/-
Next Increment on 01 Jan 2021 Rs 1000/- Rs 44000/-
Example 2 If you fill Option for OPTFIX and you promoted to higher rank on 02 Mar 2018.
Your option date should be 02032018
Fixation dt in Option Form should be 01072018
Your Payment on 01 Jul 2018 with two increment Rs 2000/- Rs 42000/-
Next increment refix pay on 01 Jan 2019 Rs 1000/- Rs 43000/-
Next increment on 01 Jan 2020 Rs 1000/- Rs 44000/-
Next increment on 01 Jan 2021 Rs 1000/- Rs 45000/-
Compare Example 1 and Example 2
OPTFIX fill by individual get Rs 45000/- on 01 Jan 2021
NOT OPTFIX fill by individual get Rs 44000/- on 01 Jan 2021
It is your choice to Fill OPTFIX or NOT
Example 3 if you promote for higher rank on 01 Aug between 01 Jul to 31 Dec you not fill option
Your pay before 01 Jul 2018 Rs 40000/-
Your pay with one increment on 01 Jul Rs 41000/-
You get one increment on promotion Rs 1000/- Rs 42000/-
Next increment on 01 Jul 2019 Rs 1000/- Rs 43000/-
Next increment on 01 Jul 2020 Rs 1000/- Rs 44000/-
Next increment on 01 Jul 2021 Rs 1000/- Rs 45000/-
Example 4 If you fill Option for OPTFIX and your payment is Rs 41000/- at the time of your promotion to higher rank i.e 01 Aug 2018.
Your pay before 01 Jul 2018 Rs 40000/-
You get early one increment on 01 Jul 2018 Rs 41000/-
Your option date should be 01082018
Fixation dt in Option Form should be 01072019
Your Payment on 01 Jul 2019 with two increment Rs 2000/- Rs 43000/-
Next increment refix pay on 01 Jan 2020 Rs 1000/- Rs 44000/-
Next increment on 01 Jan 2021 Rs 1000/- Rs 45000/-
Compare Example 3 and Example 4
OPTFIX fill by individual get Rs 45000/- on 01 Jan 2021
NOT OPTFIX fill by individual get Rs 44000/- on 01 Jan 2021
